Forth Valley Advocacy is an independent organisation that provides advocacy to individuals who experience mental ill health and to anyone over the age of 65 throughout the Forth Valley.
Forth Valley Advocacy aims to provide people with information, choice, support and representation. Our goal is to support the people we work with to have influence over decisions that effect their lives by ensuring their views and opinions are heard and respected.

People First (Scotland) started in 1989. It is the independent self-advocacy organisation in Scotland. We are run by and for people with learning difficulties. We have a board of directors and it is made up only of people with learning difficulties. We have over 90 local groups all over the country. People First is a worldwide movement. We have close links to many of the People First groups in England and Wales.
